Daf\u00fcr schneide ich frischen Ingwer in d\u00fcnnen Scheiben, \u00fcbergie\u00dfe ihn mit hei\u00dfem Wasser und lasse ihn 5-7 Minuten ziehen. Diese selbstgemachte Bettw\u00e4rmer schaffen eine behagliche Atmosph\u00e4re und sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass mein Bett vor dem Schlafengehen kuschelig warm ist.
